Moments of love
After having one of Andrea’s picnics at a friends house, I showed my (now) partner how beautiful and intricate everything was. I was gushing and screen sharing over FaceTime since we are medium distance lol, and little did I know that my girlfriend was taking what I was showing them and RUNNING with it. One of the weeks that they came to stay with me, my girlfriend had an elaborate plan to suprise me with a picnic at the pier to make things official :) my jaw dropped and I STG I blacked out. Nothing could have prepared me for the special moment I was about to have. Between how perfectly set up everything was, and the personable moments she squeezed in there, I could NOT be more grateful. Andrea is a work of art with a spectacular eye for beauty, and I truly truly recommend this business!!

How do I book a picnic?
Booking is easy! Just head to our Book Now page and fill out the form with your preferred date, time, guest count, and location. We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and get planning!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes! A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Final payment is due one week before your event unless we’ve arranged otherwise.
What if it rains?
Florida weather is wild, we know. While we don’t offer refunds for weather, you can:
Move your picnic indoors (home, hotel, covered venue)
Reschedule within 3 months of your original date
We’ll work together to keep the magic alive, rain or shine.
Can I bring alcohol?
Our picnics are BYOB. You’re welcome to bring your own drinks as long as it’s permitted at your chosen location.
Do you provide food?
We offer optional catering through our local partners or you can bring your own snacks! Let us know what you prefer.
What if I’m running late?
We offer a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $25 fee applies for every 15 minutes. Arrivals more than 45 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
